“Easy Collar” Kit

New and innovative system of connection that allow the joining of copper and aluminium pipes without flare, compatible with traditional 45° flare fittings and work with pipes of any thickness. Tests conducted in accordance with the European Safety and Environmental Standard EN 378 show that they can also be used as a reliable alternative to brazing,for example for work in explosive environments. The metal seal and working pressure of up to 140 bar make this product particularly suitable for refrigeration and air conditioning systems operating with the new environmentally friendly refrigerants to connect pipes, valves, tanks and line components in general; the biting ring acts as a vice on the outer surface of the pipe so as to resist pressure and provide an effective seal.
