Product informations
The increasingly common use of PE pipes in the distribution of water and gas has meant that more and more often, to create homogeneity of the system and of the material, the insertion of polyethylene valves is used for the interception in the pipelines.
The polyethylene valve has technical-constructive characteristics which make it
- free from corrosion
- maintenance-free
- easy to install and reliable over time thanks to its resistance to ageing
- resistant to microorganisms
- hygienically flawless
- designed for head-head welding and also suitable for welding with electrofusion fittings
Made of PE100 in dimensions from 32 ÷ 315 mm, with working pressures of 5 bar in the gas application and 16 bar in the water application; equipped with a guarantee of tightness through the insertion of O-rings in the stem of the operating head and double seat with relative sealing gaskets on the ball to also resist any water hammer.
