Kit consisting of a diverter valve and an adjustable mixing valve, designed to be used in cases where it is necessary to integrate a solar storage tank with a combustion heating system with storage boiler. The collector placed between the two valves allows a compact, versatile and reliable integration of the solar system, the anti-scald safety function automatically blocks the supply of potentially scalding hot water in case of sudden absence of pressure in the cold water connection; even in the event of a sudden lack of hot water, the device will interrupt the passage of cold water and therefore the outlet flow, thus avoiding unpleasant thermal shocks.

The thermal insulation shell is available on request.

 

How does it work

If the fluid temperature is higher than the set value, the diverting valve has the task of diverting the water coming from the solar storage directly to the adjustable mixing valve and therefore to the utilities, at the desired temperature; when the temperature of the water coming from the storage falls below the deviation value, the diverting valve directs the water towards the boiler, which is activated by increasing its temperature. The water leaving the boiler circulates in the mixing valve which regulates the temperature before being conveyed to the users.
