PLASTICMAG.PL Magnetic Dirt Separator

The PlasticMAG.PL filter is designed to be installed on heating systems to eliminate impurites circulating in pipes which are potentially dangerous to the implants themself. This product is able to remove muddy or sandy debris thanks to a PP diffuser and the smallest ferros residues thanks to a powerful magnet inside it; after the impurities have been thus separated, they can be easily eliminated by opening the filter drain and simultaneously removing the magnet. The compact dimensions allow you to install the magnetic filter in very narrow spaces.

OPERATION

The water enters in the filter, goes through the diffuser and is subjected to the force of the powerful removable magnet inside. In this way, larger particles are blocked by the diffuser and they will be deposit at the bottom of the filter, while ferrous impurities remain blocked on the magnetic surface until the magnet is removed. Impurities are eliminated with the cleaning operations listed in the “Maintenance” paragraph.

ASSEMBLY

The PlasticMAG.PL filter is designed to protect heating systems and it should be installed on the return line before the boiler to best perform its function. To ensure perfect operation, the filter should only be mounted on systems that are made in full compliance with current regulations and the pipes and equipments installed are clean and free from impurities. The equipment must be installed by providing adeguated space for maintenance.

It is strongly advisable to provide the filtration system with a suitable by-pass system that allows the exclusion if necessary.
