Product informations

Insulating joint designed to be installed in low pressure systems (10 Kg/cm2) for the supply of gas/water to domestic users; its function is to ensure electrical separation between the underground part of the pipe and the above ground part, in order to protect the part of the pipe downstream of the joint from any stray currents which could damage the pipe, favoring its corrosion. The advantages of using this product are the reduction of maintenance costs and the guarantee of greater safety and efficiency of the system.

In the MF (male-female) joint both ends of the joint are threaded, tapered male thread and cylindrical female thread ; the joint has a galvanic coating resistant to atmospheric agents.
