Product informations

Injection molded fitting in PE100, used for piping systems for gas and water distribution.

 

Product features

  • designed for head-head welding and also suitable for welding with electrofusion fittings
  • corrosion resistance, it can be buried without any coating 
  • resistant to stray currents and chemicals
  • check that both pipes and the fitting to be joined are compatible, only materials compatible between them can be joined together (the safety fittings can be welded with pipes having SDR from 17.6 up to SDR 7.4)

MATERIAL Virgin PE100 (high density polyethylene with minimum guaranteed breaking load value of 80 Mpa for 50 years at 20°C)
MAX WORKING PRESSURE PN16 water / 10 bar gas (depending on the welded pipe and any local regulations on the pressure of the pipe)

AVAILABLE DIAMETERS from Ø 32 mm to Ø 315 mm
