New Flexible Hoses & Co. Program 2023

From the development of skills gained through nearly 40 years of field experience and the desire to support our customers in creating “custom-made” solutions, the new Tecnogas catalog was born, entirely dedicated to the world of flexible hoses for gas and liquids and high-performance dielectric and anti-vibration joints.

The new “Flexible Hoses & Co.” Catalog is divided into 4 distinct sections for quick reference:

• Gas flexible hoses with yellow coating;
• Water flexible hoses with and without white coating;
• Anti-vibration, elastic and dielectric joints for water and gas;
• Flexible hose for solar thermal systems.

In the GAS section, you will find a wide range of coated flexible hoses for connecting meters, domestic and industrial appliances, as well as our CCST tube in AISI 316L stainless steel with related accessories for professional installation in complete safety. Furthermore, for boiler installation, you can choose from various “FACILE Kits” consisting of water and gas flexible hoses and gaskets.

Tecnogas extendable flexible hoses for WATER are available both in bare version and with white coating and comply with UNI 7129 standard: for each type and diameter, the range has been expanded by adding further sizes to meet increasingly diverse requirements. Regarding the flared tube for plumbing and heating systems, starting from November 2023, it will also be possible to purchase the version with white coating, always in 4, 10 and 30 m coils.

For buried metal pipes carrying gas, water or other high-pressure fluids, you can choose from various models of insulating, anti-vibration and dielectric joints available in both welded and threaded versions, made with high-quality materials to ensure high resistance to mechanical stress over time.

In the last section, you will find flexible hoses with related accessories for the installation of a solar thermal system, a technology now consolidated for decades that allows the production of domestic hot water at lower costs, especially during the summer season. Specifically:

• The twin pipe TWOPIPESOLAR for connecting the solar system, made of AISI 316L stainless steel and with EPDM coating;
• The solar twin pipe NANOPIPESOLAR with nanotechnological coating for connecting the solar panel to the storage tank.
