Tecnogas is the historic company of the +4 Holding group, leader in the distribution of components for HVAC systems with over 20,000 catalog items and commercial presence in 40 countries, primarily in the EMEA area. We have always placed customer service first, with the objective of ensuring reliability, product availability, and technical expertise.

To strengthen the purchasing department, we are looking for a Buyer.

Activities

  • Ensure, together with other departments, a consistently high level of customer service, avoiding stock-outs and supply chain issues
  • Optimize warehouse value and turnover, monitoring critical issues and acting proactively
  • Negotiate advantageous terms with Italian and foreign suppliers (e.g., discounts for immediate payment, cash, etc.)
  • Manage regulatory and contractual aspects: Incoterms, REACH, RoHS, customs responsibilities
  • Collaborate with technical, commercial, and logistics departments for an integrated and pragmatic approach
  • Use ERP tools and automatic inventory calculation systems to plan orders
  • Contribute to digitalization and continuous improvement of the department

What we are looking for

  • A senior professional with several years of experience in the role, skilled and autonomous
  • A person with vision, but also operational capability
  • Knowledge of the technical distribution sector or related fields
  • Experience in technical purchasing, with strong focus on international supplier management
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and main European product regulations (REACH, RoHS, etc.)
  • Excellent command of Excel; knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Mago.net / Mago4, but not mandatory).
