WATER AND GAS TRANSITION FITTINGS

The installation Rules and the regulation
brought back from the legislator with the own Decree of 24 November 1984,
preview foresee the use of pipes in polyethylene in the gas distribution.
Such norms favourite and advised the use of metal-plastic joint for all the
connections to the users, let alone for the old connection of the lead in steel
or cast iron, with the new in polyetylene.
The peculiarity of the joints consists in their particular construction, UNI
9736, that it prevents to the possibility of violation, being deprived of non
homogeneous elements. The transition in fact happens exclusively for
compression of a mechanical serration on the PE pipe excluding threads,
bolts and gaskets.

ARC WELDING CONNECTIONS HEAD/HEAD PE 100 - PN 16

Projected, produced and tested in accordance with the more height
qualitative standards linked to the most modern technologies. The
safety connections are weld able with pipes SDR from 17,6 until SDR
7,25 in accordance with DIN 8074 (E), UNI-ISO 4437 and pr EN 1555. The
safety connections are approved for the use in water and gas field.

VALVES FOR BURY

The more and more common use in the distribution of water and gas of the PE
pipes has made that more and more often, in order to make homogeneity of
systems and material, are used for the interception in the duct the insertion of
polyethylene valves.
The polyethylene valves prove characteristics technical - constructive that give
to them:
• Corrosions free • Maintenance free
• Easy to install and reliable in the time thanks to the resistance to ageing
• resistance to the micro-organisms • hygienic sure etc etc.
Constructed in PE100 in the dimensions from 50 > 315 mm.
They have pressures until 5 bars on gas applications and 16 bars on water
applications.

ABS DOORS AND BOXES FOR WATER AND GAS METERS

The commercial proposal of Tecnogas to seat into the wall the meter groups for water and gas has the use of ABS-PMMA, plastic co-extruded material known for a long time for its intrinsic good qualities of lightness, dimensional stability, possibility to be painted, resistance to shocks, UV radiations, cold and flame. open price-list pdf
Together the ABS-PMMA, it was included the closed cell polyurethane foam with thicknesses calculated in order to guarantee a resistance to cold and hot between -30°C and +80°C to the meters and distribution groups for water and gas (manifolds, valves and accessories).
The system is completed by some manufacturing technical details very special, as: smart appearance of the finished product, inserting of an air and water seal; use of very good iron tools in order to have a long life; possibility to work inside the boxes removing before the door from its support pivots.
